E-Req Phase .5

Project Description
A) The goal of the project is to workflow-enable the processing of State, RF, and UBF Purchase Requisitions as defined by the work breakdown structure and deliverables as outlined in the attachments attached.

B) This project is likely the first project in a series of projects that will round out the e-Procurement “program”.

C) The project will pilot and implement in production the Workflow software selected by the Workflow Investigation project working in conjunction with the eProcurement Program.

D) The project is dependent on the ASAB Workflow Infrastructure implementation project being lead by Steve Comings – TKS.

E) The project will educate the campus as to what roles will / may be required to support workflow-enabled applications going forward. These roles and support requirements will be fed back to the Workflow Infrastructure project for codification into roles and responsibilities related to the campus workflow infrastructure.
